冬戀草苺       
草莓向來是經典果醬的口味之一。在法國,草莓被視為可以治療腸胃不適、消化不良的問題,也可做為提振食慾、舒緩曬傷等功能。台灣的草莓季節約從每年年底12月開始,Viviane的媽媽說:
「台灣的草莓分成紅肉與白肉兩種,都很好吃!」為了讓大家能嚐嚐它的新鮮,我們特地在果醬製作過程中維持大大果肉,鮮紅芳香、柔軟多汁等您來賞味!

紅豆牛奶
以東方食材裡的珍珠—紅豆,搭配香濃的鮮奶製作而成的果醬,是Matthieu先生創發出來的一款台灣味。與法國不同,紅豆在台灣或日本常常用在糕餅甜點中,紅豆的豆香味與牛奶濃郁的口感十分協調,味道香純、口感清爽,是一年四季皆適合食用的美食。

焦糖牛奶
