Milk "Confiture".
- 1l milk.
- 0,8kg sugar.

Mish the milk with the sugar in a big pan.
Let it cook 3 hours long until you get a sauce like "bechamel" coloured as caramel.
Fill the jars.
Your "confiture" is ready.
The sweetest of our "confitures", taste a bit like caramel.
Use : paste on fresh bred (possibly with butter), or in yoghourts, or to sweeten your coffee.
Strawberry "Confiture".
- 1Kg beautifull strawberries.
- 0,7kg white sugar.
- the juce from a small lemon.

Rapidly wash and prepare the strawberries.
If the fruits are too big, cut them in half.
Mix the strawberries, the sugar and the lemon juice. Let it rest a few hours.
Cook the preparation until the "confiture" is ready. Foam the preparation if necessary.
Put the "confiture" in jars while hot.

Your "confiture" is ready.
Intense and classic taste of the strawberry.
Use : paste on fresh bred (possibly with butter), mix with yoghourts, eat it with cakes or scones.
